Cc: Eric Adams – Mayor - City of New York

Phillip Banks III – First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York

Dear Attorney Wakefield,

The truthful reason why I am writing you today is to continue my diligent quest to seek meaningful assistance.

My name is Came’e L. Lee, at this time I reside in a NYC Women’s Shelter. I am currently receiving assistance & supports from the NYC Department of Homeless Services. Even in the midst of my current housing barrier, I am determined to seek the truth on matters that I have continued to forward to the “NYPD”.

After viewing online, a public safety press release given by Mr. Phillip Banks; I was encouraged to continue my push for truth; even as I walk through my “temporary” housing hardship.

Truth has no special time of its own. Its hour is now - always.

Being any leader of a massive and diverse group of people, will always bare challenges. With that said, we will not always agree with our leaders, but we must always be in position to work together for the common good.

Taking into consideration that the NYC Corporation Counsel represents the Administration of our Mayor; how can a New Yorker who has continued to write, call, and request for an ethical examination into my concerns which relates to the following:

• Unwanted Daily Surveillance

• Wrongful wire taps on emails, personal devices

• Other matters that I have endured…

I am aware there are entities that one can submit to in regards to the NYPD, my question is how does the NYPD assist and or; correct matters with New Yorkers that believe there has been a wrong done?

Respectfully, I have been informed that (all) New Yorkers are provided with the right to request to meet with the current city administration, relating to matters that concern New Yorkers/NYC.

This day I would like to courageously request to meet with Mr. Phillip Banks; First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York. I have learned that Mr. Banks fraternity is” Phi Beta Sigma “. The core principles of Phi Beta Sigma; is

Brotherhood – Scholarship – Service while taking an inclusive perspective to serve the community as opposed to having an exclusive purpose.

Mr. Banks has shown even through engaging with the press, while staying committed to the “NYPD” that (any) New Yorker can share their story with him.

Attorney Wakefield, please allow me to thank for your “sincere” time and attention provided to my letter today.

I look forward to hearing back from the Eric Adams Administration with a date and time to meet.

One final point, throughout my pursuit to seek help, I have also written to:

Chief Advisor to the Mayor – Ms. Ingrid Lewis – Martin; I thought that my concerns would be received respectfully.

Have a wonderful day.

In truth,

Came’e L. Lee
